NOT READY YET? JOIN OUR WAITLIST.

As our community’s reputation continues to grow, so does our waitlist. So, if you’re not ready to move yet, that’s perfectly fine. Join our waitlist today, so you’ll be in a good position to secure the future you want when the time is right.

And while we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your ideal residence to become available, we can tell you that the peace of mind that comes with living at a not-for-profit Life Plan Community like Capital Manor is worth the wait.

HOW TO JOIN THE WAITLIST

  • Schedule a time to tour Capital Manor (either virtually or in person).
  • Walk through your residency options with one of our experienced counselors to find the best choice for your lifestyle and budget.
  • Submit a financial worksheet at the time of application.
  • Sign the Waitlist Agreement and pay a one-time waitlist deposit of $5,000. This deposit will go toward your entry fee when you become a resident. And should your plans change, it is fully refundable.

If you’re considering Capital Manor as your future home, don’t delay. Talk to a residency counselor and get your name on the waitlist today and enjoy the benefits of being a future resident.

THE FUTURE RESIDENT CLUB

Once your name is added to the waitlist, you automatically become a member of the Future Resident Club. This club will give you an exclusive sneak peek at what being a resident is all about. Plus, you can enjoy these benefits:

  • One complimentary meal per month (excluding birthday nights and special events; alcohol not included, but available for purchase)
  • Full access to our Prime Fitness Center, indoor swimming pool and hot tub
  • Participation in group exercise classes (with approval and if space permits)
  • Entertainment and education programs, special interest groups and more

NEXT STEP: BEGIN RIGHTSIZING
